I have had the pleasure of joining Emma’s Cacao ceremony a couple of times. From beginning to end it’s such a magical heart centred experience. I absolutely loved how she takes us on a journey through mediation which involves singing to Mama cacao.. very immersive and authentic. 🌹🧚♂️
